I had an issue with my Optoma projector. They are a professional company and I felt comfortable dealing with them. I took a while, but it was not their fault, it was a shipping issue to get the part in. They did communicate well and I am satisfied with the repair.

Excellent and very friendly service! I was having difficulty installing the firmware on my Epson projector. I dropped it off thinking it would take a few days, but just a few hours later I was told the unit was upgraded and ready for pick up. Turns out I was using the wrong firmware file and they walked me through everything so that I knew how to do it in the future. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
