Happy to see a great use of the mall for showcasing cars. This should save a lot of visits to other showrooms. I see a shift in the industry and malls are increasingly becoming a meeting place where only large, established companies can afford to rent a storefront. I look forward to pondering this matter further and in the meantime, hope to see more stores like MercedesMe appearing in more local malls across the City, province and country.

I always drop by this dealership just to take a look at the new model of cars they have without feeling pressured by sales. Great place to look at the merch as well as sit in the floor models. Cars switch often.

Horrible service and I highly recommend not to go here. I often come here and i have been to many dealerships and I understand the term of not being too pushy towards making a sale but these guys here don’t even bother to talk to you and acknowledge you. I came here and looked a several cars and my family is also interested in buying a new Mercedes but they don’t even ask you anything. I was in the the store looking at the CLS and I was in there for about 30 mins and the most acknowledgement I got was some guy asked me to “turn down the volume in the car” when it wasn’t even that loud. I would love a response from a manager at this location because we’ve been to several different Mercedes dealerships and have never experienced this. My dad and brother also came here the the other day and experienced the same thing. Unless they end up fixing up their service then I highly recommend not to got here. We were ready to purchase a vehicle at this location but our experience their totally changed our view not only on that specific dealership but on the brand as well
