I loved this gym. Spent great time here for two years before the lockdowns. Made so many friends. There are so many fun and tough classes provided. Especially martial arts classes and swimming. All rooms and floors are kept tidy and clean. Machines are well maintained and functional. The atmosphere is friendly, staff are very polite and responsible. People going to this facility are in general good hearted, well mannered, and have a positive vibe about them compared to other centres I’ve been to. It would help though if they had more powerful air conditioning on the second floor in the summer months as it can get a bit hot. Highly recommend, it’s enjoyable. Cannot wait to go back, wish they open soon.

Great place for almost anything. Came here for my daughter's classmates birthday party. They sectioned off the gym and set up a bouncy castle and mini bikes on the other side people played basketball and played badminton. There is a workout area upstairs along with a walking/running track, stretching area, weights and elliptical machines and stationary equipment. Staff were helpful and polite, had us in the right area for the party and everything was awesome. Well maintained and very clean, well lit so everyone can see the track and other equipment.

i WAS A MEMBER THERE FOR 5-6 YEARS STAFF WAS GRATE AND ENJOYED THE CYCLE FIT CLASSES. BUT HAD TO QUIT AFTER I SAW A MAN TAKING A BOWEL MOVEMENT IN THE SHOWER.

We were here for a community event. They had bouncing castle arranged as well as access to the gym and a dedicated parry room that had a dedicated washroom, came handy for kids. Overall the facility seems well equipped but also crowded. Keep in mind it was a Sunday.
