I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Markham Subaru. I just purchased my 3rd Subaru (all 3 of them being from this dealer) even though I now live much closer to two different Subaru dealerships in Toronto. The hassle-free buying experience and fantastic pricing offered were key differentiators and brought me back to Markham. Fantastic service at this dealership. We called on a whim as we passed by one day and saw a used vehicle we wanted to test drive. Ollie was ready for our quick drop in and led us on a nice test drive. We ended up booking an appointment for the next day to purchase the vehicle and we drove off with it the next Thursday! Would certainly recommend!
This review is regarding car maintenance services. I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my SUV to this location for services for the past 2.5 years and it is by far the best services I’ve dealt with. Customer service: Always helpful and transparent. Anthony in particular is always a pleasure to chat with, he is quick and thorough when explaining the packages. There has been no unpleasant surprises when I pick up the car or get the bill, everything comes as explained and promised which may not be the case with some other shops I’ve been to. They are quick to offer pick up/drop offs or provide a vehicle if the service is lengthy. Nothing to complain about. In fact, there has been a couple instances where they went above and beyond what the service package I got offered without extra charge which I really appreciate. Maintenance Service: Not my area of expertise but nothing to highlight other than the fact that they do a great job with no surprises. I’ve had experiences with other shops where they always find ‘issues’ which I can’t help but be skeptical. The staff here are very transparent and really gives me the confidence that they know what they are talking about when certain services are suggested. Overall 5/5 I highly recommend this location, they have a wonderful staff and I never once had anything to be upset about over the past couple years. There has been numerous times where they go above and beyond to my surprise.
Great experience at Markham Subaru. We worked with Ollie. He was very professional, helpful, easy to work with and patient! After a few different test drives, he helped us identify the right vehicle. Process to pick up the car was easy and Ollie took the time to make sure we knew the ins and outs of the car’s features. This is our first Subaru and we would like to thank Ollie for providing a great customer experience!
Great experience buying a used vehicle from these guys. Patrick was my sales rep who made sure I walk out the door with the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. The entire process of buying my car was the most pleasant experience I ever had without wasting my valuable time and without unnecessary pressure tactics. Delivery of the car was also nice and quick.
