Awesome place. I wasn't able to go in with my wife, but she was so upset from her previous imaging experience from another clinic that she came in so worried. But the reception team and tech took so much care and time with her and she updated me along the way of how helpful and awesome they were, even though they were slammed. Thanks for taking care of her team.

As a first time mom i waited 5 months for this ultrasound to know the gender of my baby. I was expecting same as other people that they will ask me whether i want it in envelope or want to know right away. But nobody asked me. I thought may be they will at the end and i let her do the important work without asking any questions. But she said its finished. You can go. As first time experience i didn't know that i was supposed to ask them at the starting. Because the doctor's paper specifically mentioned 21 week ultrasound (gender), i was expecting they will ask me something about gender. I should have read all the reviews before going there, other people have the same experience from this place that they don't inform us when its first time for someone. Now i have to wait until next ultrasound for a month or two or go for private if they are open. I literally left from there crying as its wasn't as i expected after waiting that long. How can someone is supposed to know all the details on their first time ???? They should inform us , especially when its first time mom. Not to mention zero printouts of the photos. My previous ultrasounds at other place were better and they gave me photos print too without asking.

I had a great experience here for my first ultrasound!! The tech was amazing and I was more then thrilled with my experience! Felt the need to leave this review as so many other reviews made me nervous and i had nothing to worry about!! I cant wait for my next appointment with the ultrasound tech!!! ALSO my second scan was a different tech and she was also amazing, she even wrote the gender of the baby down on a piece of paper and did some crazy fold for me to take it home to have a special moment with my husband !!! Would recommend this place

Disappointed in myself for not switching to a different clinic early on in my pregnancy. I had 5 ultrasounds for various reasons, and other than the time I paid for a usb for our baby's photos, they didn't provide a single image. I wasn't even allowed to take a photo with my phone. First technician I had was very rude. I understand the chaos around providing care during a pandemic; however, this is our first baby. My husband wasn't allowed to come to any of my visits. The least they could have done was let us have our child's photos. Every person I have spoken to that has gone to other clinics has received tons of printouts from their ultrasounds. Why this clinic doesn't provide photos baffles me.

This is the WORST CLINIC i've ever been to. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. Each and everytime i go for an ultrasound no matter if i'm the first appointment there is consistently at least 30min delay. I don't understand how that is even possible if you're the first appointment? I've been here multiple times and its just not a pleasant place to go. They overbook and don't allow enough time for their appointments and make you sit and wait.
