Lyon Petmobile was the best decision we could have made moving our Bernese Mountain Dog mix Odin from Toronto, Canada to Lisbon, Portugal in April 2021. At 110 lbs, Odin was over the weight and size limit to travel in the hold for every airline, and due to COVID restrictions we had no choice but to go with an IATA approved pet shipper. I am so glad we went with Lyon Petmobile because they made the process so seamless and helped answer my questions every step of the way. They even gave us advice for our cats, who were travelling in the hold on the same flight. Everyone arrived safe, happy and healthy. If you are moving pets out of Canada, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Jason and his team. Thank you!

This company right here set the gold standard for my family and our rabbits. We were posted from Ottawa Ontario to Germany and couldn't find an airline that would fly my rabbits, then we found Jason and his crew. They were so easy to work with. They answered all of my questions, even the ones I felt bad asking. They reassured me, even when my vet tried scarring me into giving them up, that they would be fine. If you ever need to move your beloved pet please use Jason! He is so so great.

The Lyon team went above and beyond to get my dog shipped to Kenya during Covid. I had spoken to four other shipping companies and several airlines previously and no one was able to help. Jason was responsive, thoughtful, and diligent. He ensured my dog had a smooth trip and even sent updates throughout. I wouldn't even waste time looking for another company when it comes to shipping your pets. You can't go wrong with Lyon.
Jason literally went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with the transport of my Cavalier King Charles from Toronto to the UK. He literally knows the ins/outs thoroughly to ensure nothing goes wrong in the process. Even when something is slightly off, he works tirelessly to rectify and offered a multiple route plan to ensure all remains on track. Jason even went as far as to fill out the CFIA paperwork for the vet to ensure it was accurately populated and all that needed to be done were signatures/dates. During the day of transport Jason assisted non stop. My dog was comfortable and trusted him. Once he had ensured she had been checked in and passed security, he then called me and assured my dog was fine. He even promised to monitor the take off of her flight and in the event anything happened would return to the airport. Jason made something extremely stressful an easy process and cannot thank him enough!
Lyon Petmobile were a pleasure to work with when moving our cat to the UK. Jason was enthusiastic and thorough, and obviously takes great care in his work which made it very easy to trust him with our pet. Next time we have to move with a pet, we will definitely be contacting them again. Jason handled all the paperwork, arranged a home visit by a vet, home pickup for the cat and dealt with all the covid hassle. Highly recommended!
Great company run by amazing people! Flew 2 of our dogs (poodle & cockapoo) from Toronto to London as we were moving back to the UK ourselves. Cannot speak more highly of Jason and Lorna. They went above and beyond to put our minds at ease making sure our pups would be transported in the most stress free way as possible. They were both extremely patient with us, no question left unanswered with every scenario covered. These guys are worth every penny, highly recommend!
