Lockdown did an amazing job installing the Power Lift Gate Kit on our 2019 Nissan Qashqai. The On-Site Installation Service made it so easy to have the Power Lift Gate Kit installed. Great price, quality service and clean installation. You would never know it wasn't a factory installed option(Nissan actually didn't offer a power lift gate as an option on the 2019 Qashqai)

Terrible customer service. I ordered a remote starter from Lockdown. Shipping was fast. I had a few issues at install and reached out to Lockdown. Replies either came days/weeks later or not at all. 0 help. If you are trying to DYI, look somewhere else. The manufacturer was able to get me sorted out. Lockdown left me hanging. Update: Jeff reached out to explain the delays and try and make things right, which I appreciated. The parts as sold and delivered were great and worked out in the end.

REMOTE STARTER INSTALLATION I bought and installed remote starter from them. Thanks to Jeff and his team. They went above and beyond to resolve issue after installation. They are the best in the market by price and customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
