It may be dirty, but it’s good. Food was classic KFC taste but by golly fix this location up. I thought I was going get tetanus going in to order. How has this place not routinely failed health and safety it is deplorable. Food was good and hot... once I got it. Service was some of the worst I’d experience. The lady working the counter hated it and you could tell. Do I hold it against her? No, the working conditions were not great as mentioned above. I’d hate it too. Would’ve gave 4 stars but I got diarrhea after eating it. Be warned.

I thought those chicken size comments were exaggeration before I actually ordered there.... can u imagine the thigh is way smaller than the drumstick????? I understand cost is critical to small business owners, but cutting thigh in half and selling for full price is not acceptable.
3* typical KFC. For those who don't know, it stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken. The location is convenient. Near two by Major intersections and has its own parking lot. Chicken tastes fine. Typical KFC. Chicken pieces are small. Smaller than the palm of my hands. Once in a while it's OK with specials, not really worth it given the size of each pieces.
The only reason I return here is because we like KFC and the other nearest one is in a mall (closed because of Covid). The customer service is terrible, they were out of lettus for the burgers and never mentioned to call customers first. I went to pick it up and they told me as they are giving me the burger. They have no replacement and offered nothing in compensation. Another time, I was running late a little and they scrolded me about how late I was and said that I could've told them to make the food later. I mean I was caught up in some business and I couldn't get there on time. They called to let me know that the food was ready, but it's just the way they said it, it's not just to inform, it sounded more like I was getting in the way of their business. I would not leave a cent of tips if I were to dine-in here ever. Most of the food is good though (only the fries are horrible, as with all other fries from kfc), so I only order online and pick-up.
The taste is good but chicken is smaller than other fried chicken place. Their fries are tasteless and dried. Potato salad has too much dressing.
