These folks are awesome. I've been a customer for many years now and will continue to be without hesitation. The staff is always on point. Going out of their way to accommodate just about any custom cable requests. Their review rating is completely deserved.

First time order from Infinite Cables Inc and definitely the last. I certainly trust the positive reviews and I’m sure it’s a great organization if your local. Don’t waste your time getting anything shipped to you. I specifically put in an order with overnight shipping before the timeline specified on their website. The order did not even ship until the next morning and they didn’t even ship it the way I paid for it to be. When I called to sort things out all the individual was doing was reading what was in the shipping website with no additional answers. Cannot cancel the order cause it’s no where to be found. Cannot return the order without them stealing more money in restocking fees. Cannot get an answer on why I spent extra money for shipping and they shipped it normal anyway. No care at all for a first time customer with a fair size order. No care for correctly the mistake. They take the money and run is how my experience was.

What an awesome customer service. In person and over the email. I probably exchanged over 30 emails with Katie about the cables I bought and every time the response was fast and very informative. She was very patient with me and didn't pressure me to buy. I bought custom cables and they were done very professionally and solid looked better than purchased non-custom cables, even the packaging was impressive. I will use them from now for all my cabling needs. Amazing customer service and high quality products. Thank you so much for everything.
