I ordered close to 200 in various items for my kitchen baking needs (including a heavy rotating cake stand). Prices are better than most online stores in Canada and they have a great selection. Website is very easy to use. Items were shipping very quickly to my home in Toronto. I will be using them again for my online orders. Only wish they had curbside pickup option.

Be careful when ordering online. I ordered two 'in stock' items they only shipped one item without telling me anything, had to email them to find out other item is back order item. Waited more than 2 months to get shipped by time they ship, price of item went up and I was charged at higher price
I bought a Hamilton Beach jar in November 18, in web site it was in stock and I would receive it in 1 week, today and February 2 and I still haven't received it, they said it would be sent directly by HB, I asked to cancel my purchase and they said they would check if they could cancel, I complained several times and I have all emails, don't trust this store
