If I have 10 stars I will give 10 stars to Inspector Mike and Lady Katelyn, honestly. For it isn't easy to find the right persons to do the right jobs. Inspector Mike is professional, reliable, and trustworthy. He is always on time in full PPEs during this pandemic time. His jobs include a complete and thorough inspection of the home to identify entry points, pest type, and all other issues with clear explanation to the victims (my family). Next he offers resolutions and options, If we accept, he would execute the tasks in the most experienced and effective ways. He has that magic touch I would say and knowledge, well qualified indeed. At the end of the day, he takes on our headaches so we can sleep. Katelyn the front line lady in the office is very approachable, professional, effective, respectful, and most importantly customer oriented. She puts us the customers first. Emergencies and Panicky calls are well accommodated and help is rendered. All requests are well organized and resolved. She is on top of everything and knowledgeable about the business. What can I ask for more with this FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family are much impressed. I congratulate HomePro to have acquired these talents!!!

My building has had a problem with cockroaches for as long as I have lived here and no treatment has ever been successful until now. After Jessica took over, things have improved significantly and I am so grateful. Jessica is friendly, knowledgeable and always has time to inform me about what she is planning. I'm very happy with the service we've received.
HomePro provided excellent customer service and the expert was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. We have been extremely impressed with our entire experience, beginning with being able to book a next-day appointment on a Sunday and more importantly, that our pest issue has been controlled. While we hoped to never need HomePro, we are glad that we have found such a reliable and effective service provider.
Mike came with knowledge and experience on how to control our mice problem. Placed traps in discreet and key locations and reassured us that his plan was working. And it did! He was always professional and prompt. Don’t take this the wrong way, but as much as we loved your visits, we hope we don’t have to see you again.
I was very pleased with this Pest Control Service. You could tell that our Technician Allan Chattergoon really had our best interest at heart!! He really took the time to listen to our issues and to walk around our home based on the information we provided him to make some observations. He applied product in a very detailed oriented manner and did not rush through the process which I really appreciated. He even went on to advise us to highly consider the spray service if we wanted to see permanent result which we will pursue due to his high assurance for long term results. Allan really had a professional demeanour, genuine care and concern for our situation, took the time to explain everything and was very relatable and courteous.
