Do not trust this brokerage or the agent Jessie Zhang. She sold us a property that had Asbestos hidden in the house that the seller covered up. When our agent reached out to her, she was of no help or had any concern for what we experienced. I would recommend dealing with an agent and brokerage that acts more professional.

Worked with their agent Chris Cruz...always on time for the appointment. Ive worked with other real estate agent in the past but he is different as he doesnt limit your choices in buying property . Most agents will allow you to look into only 3 or 5 houses only..but for him his patience and pro active approach allows a client more options and ease in making a decision in buying their homes...He treats his clients equally without hesitation whether your purchasing a 300k or 1M property. And most importantly his support on after sale and mortgage requirements is a great plus
