I got a contract with them and there's a bunch of issues. Their tech was rude and left a lot of water on my floor after it spilled out of his hose onto my floor. If you aren't happy with their service, the contract is designed to lock you in with ridiculous fees and buyout values. Avoid them, when other companies seem to use more reasonable cancellation options.

After reading other reviews here by concerns were confirmed when I reached out to Enpure for service. I inherited the hot water tank rental from enpure when I purchased the house. Within the last 2 weeks we run out of water during a shower. I had one tech come and fix the igniter and I explained to him that we are running out of hot water during a shower. He told me to call Enpure directly. I didn't think this was in anyway good service. So I called them back to setup another appointment and mentioned several times that the technician needed to call me before going to the house. So I get a call from the tech saying he is at the house and no one is answering. I proceed to tell him he was suppose to call before going to the house. He said they can't always do that. I asked him what his cell phone was for. He hung up on me! Made several calls to Enpure to speak with a manager and each time a manager was not available. Asked that a manager call me back the same day and on 3 separate occasions I did not get a call back. The service from this company is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I could keep going on of the many issues I am having but I'm already exhausted from trying to resolve my issue with this company

I just purchased my home first time buyer in 31 Jul, 2018, and as it appeared got into the water heater rental contract with Enpure. I was too I am charged 35.2 per month the rental fee, which is way above any reasonable rental fees on the market currently for the home water heater. I called Enpure today, thinking to cancel the rent as I intend to purchase and install new water heater. I was told that there is no way for me to cancel the water heater contract other than to buy out the 10-years-old water heater for residual price of 1000HST. The market price for brand new water tank is only 600 cad! This is an outrage and totally anti-competitive policy. The cancellation fee of 1000HST is absolutely ridiculous and prohibitive from cancelling the contract and/or switching to another rental company or to purchase your own heater. Where the price for a 10-year-old water heater of 1000 comes from? When I can purchase a brand new water heater from Lowes for 600. Enpure didn't enclose this to me earlier, they didnt send me any a copy of the Agreement. I understand the Competition Bureau ruled against this kind of policy. How come after all this, such policy still around in 2019?

Our hot water tank stopped working in the morning. Made the call shortly afterwards. Had repair man in at 4:00 in the afternoon. Tank is fixed. And all in one day thanks to the wonderful receptionist for her quick response. And thanks to the technician who fixed our problem quickly and got our tank going again. Both were very polite.

Absolutely ridiculous service. My water tank has been leaking for 3 days and I constantly keep calling and keep getting told we are working on getting a technician to take care of it. They even hang up on you while you are talking so they don’t even care about listening to their customer, forget about actually providing service.
