I brought my Harmon Kardon sound bar to be fixed. The owner said that he could repair it, so I left it with him. Some time later, he called to say that it seemed fine, I told him the problem and he said he would do further testing. A few days later called to say that it needed new parts, and had to be fixed. we agreed on a price and days later I was told to pick it up as it was working perfectly. I went in paid and took home only to find that it didn't work at all. I took it back and asked what he had done. He said that he ordered parts from Harmon Kardon and that parts were replaced and it was fixed. It wasnt fixed. He then said "oh" it must be something else and to leave it again. I did, days and days later got call that more parts were needed from Harmon Kardon ,etc ,etc. At this point I am suspcious and feel that I am being taken advantage of. I called Harmon Kardon and was told no parts had been ordered by this company and that they had never even heard of the guy or company. So my sound bar is still broken and got 50 back from well over 175 that I spent. Do not go here, this man is a scammer and doesnt know what he is doing.
