I am AMAZED by the service I have received as a first time customer. As a cancer patient in remission, I have been using a special Advanced B complex vitamin. Well, I have almost run out of my tablets, so yesterday January 12, 2021, I called and placed my order with Mark. Mark was absolutely wonderful, explaining what I had to do, checking on product availability and ensuring I got the freshest bottles. To my surprise, this morning, I found out that my order would arrive TODAY!!! I live in BC, Health Palace is in Ontario, and yes I know that if I spent over a certain amount I would receive free shipping...but wow I didn't expect to receive my order this quickly!!! Health Palace provides excellent pricing, AMAZING customer service (thanks Mark!!!) and they ensure that you get your purchase fast! Kudos to you, I will return, I trust you and your services!

Firstly the service is terrible. I spoke to someone last week who promised my order would get shipped Monday. What a joke . they ;will not even answer my emails. But they took my VISA. Told me that if I gave them a review even before I tried them they would give me 5% discount. Yikes. I told them they would get a good review if I got good service. they are not responding and I assume my order did not ship because I have received no further emails or tracking number. Never again. Try Vitasave or National Nutrition for good service.
Bought weleda toothpaste without mint. See order. Received with mint which my kids do not want. Return in person and spoke with manager. Restocking fee was over 35% which they did not tell you. Only recommends if transaction is perfect. Otherwise you waste money and time. Better to go in store and buy if you have not other choice. I know COVID been tough on small business so 3.5 star for in store purchases. 2 stars of online purchases.
