Everest Clinical Research has clear mission and positive work culture with many talented colleagues. The company has a good mentorship program to ensure employee engagement. The leadership teams always strive for continuous improvement and are open to challenging the status quo and celebrate input from everyone. Employees are encouraged to have entrepreneurial mindset at all levels of the company to move beyond responsibility into ownership. I’m so glad that the company continues to grow during the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall I am appreciative of my work experience here at Everest.

Everest Clinical Research is a very professional, fast-growing company. It has a very good working environment/culture for employees to improve their professional skills and knowledge. There are always goals to achieve and every one works as a team to help and support each other. There are many continuous repeat business from existing clients and the good quality of work attracts new clients all over the world. Employees who prove to be good/great performers are rewarded very well (promotions, good raises of salary and bonus), especially those who are diligent and skilled. Hard work is always recognized. Attrition rate is very low here. People enjoy the work they do. It is definitely a place to build your career. The management team encourage you to grow, and take the time in assisting you to plan and reach your career goals.
