I highly recommend Eric Yoon in Don valley Lexus. He was very knowledgeable and right to the point. I am truly not in favor of those dealers(and there are a lot out there)who say yes yes yes and it is actually no after they go to ask to the managers. I knew what I wanted and he met my expectation. I needed to replace my old car with another new car. So I started researching for a new car on the internet. I finalized my purchase decision to the Lexus brand with Don Valley North Lexus dealership. Due to several past unpleasant car purchasing experiences, I was actually quite nervous about having yet to purchase another car. However the sale person I was assigned to seemed genuine and understood my requirements. He always answered my calls promptly and responded to my questions. He alleviated my nervousness and fear. In a short time we completed the seemingly complicated purchasing paper work, and he delivered a new car, as promised and on color I wanted. The car is a fun to drive and has a pleasant and very stable ride both on the expressway and on the city road. My initial experience is that the car exceeded my expectation in terms of performance, ride comfort, stability and safety. For the first time among several car purchases, I am actually very very happy with this purchase decision. I look forward to many more pleasant driving and riding experience with the car in the weeks and years to come. I also look forward to a positive experience in the maintenance of the car.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle from. We found that while searching for a used Lexus RX 350, Don Valley North Lexus dealership has the largest number of used vehicles with best prices in the market. Raheel was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our buying experience. We picked a vehicle from their inventory, test drove it and put an offer on it. Their response was even a much better deal for us than we expected. Picked the vehicle this week and fully enjoy it. People has been saying don valley north Lexus has higher rate than other dealership, but that was not my case. In fact, they are flexible and always try their best to work something out for you.
