Probably the worst customer service that I've received. My original online order was placed October 26, 2020. Today is December 7, and I still have not received it. The only email I received from them was that because the logo is being updated, I would have to wait for my order, and that once the logo is finalized, I would be able to receive it. I noticed that the logo has been finalized for a couple of weeks now, and contacted customer support to ask when I would receive my order. They replied they can only ship it 3 weeks after the final order date, so to expect my order in January. As this was supposed to be a christmas gift, this is not acceptable, and I asked if there was a way they can expedite the process for me, since I have already waited a month and a half. They said no, and would contact me when it is ready. Again, as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I now have to try to get something else. I asked for a refund, and they basically told me to call them tomorrow to process it, even though they have a customer support agent already working today. Don't buy from them if you have any choice at all.

I had to come here last week to buy some uniform pieces for my little sister and despite COVID restrictions the staff handled everything very professionally and responsibly! The staff opened the door for us when we got there and immediately there was someone ready to assist us. They helped us quickly and efficiently and were very kind. What we needed was on back order but a staff member named Diana was very quick to help us place the order and make sure we had everything we need! She was so friendly and made our experience great. Thanks Diana!
Matt was pretty chill. He was very helpful and fast with service. In the changing room, there was no where to sit. I believe a chair or something to hold onto would be helpful. Customer service was still very good. When Matt had trouble finding something, everyone that was free came to help him out. Very good.
Had two young ladies help me with my purchase. I think it was Diana and Sierra if I remember correctly. The customer service was amazing, the store was so tidy and clean, and the employees really know the products well. Happy to have brought my business here. Plus it is a great central location.
Was offered prompt service and the associates were great all around. The associate helping us would give her opinion of certain options which was a great help. The quality of the items leaves much to be desired, but hasn't changed all these years so i shouldn't have had my hopes up. Regardless, it was a fast and easy process. Again, great service.
