I wanted someone to take care of my lawn this year and I have to say, Jason is a very hard person to reach. I called him several times and emailed him too. No response back. Finally he got in touch with me, but I still had several questions to ask and after that no response back again. I had enough with the customer service, therefore I had to go with another company.
