My bank highly recommended this company for business appraisal, I’ve used their services twice in the last 6 years, the appraiser is very knowledgeable and accurate in his appraisal, the service was courteous and professional. I will be recommending them to others.
This is the first time I deal with this company and the last. I was at their warehouse and saw a grill that I wanted, ask Tony how much he wanted for it.. he wrote down 200 and attached his business card on it. I call him the next day and told him that I would like to take it for 150, he reply that he have someone else interested in it first and would return my call. A week later I saw it online asking for 375, I call and told him that we wrote down 200 for me and that I was waiting back for his call. He just say take it or leave it now. I went out and bought a brand new grill instead, cost was 1400, when you doing business it's not about the cost but it's about the trust and promise that you have to keep. This guy have no honour or business ethic, he promise something (even when he wrote it down), now he go back on his words and say something else. Don't deal with this company, cause in the end you will get screw.
