I have only had good experiences with Cells for Life thus far! I was referred to them through a prenatal class and found the registration process very simple and fast. The cord blood kit arrived at my house promptly and customer service was able to answer my questions thoroughly. Would highly recommend using this cord blood bank!

I couldn't have been happier to store my baby's cord blood and tissue with Cells For Life. What a smooth process! The online pricing calculator, prompt and knowledgeable customer service, getting my kit safely and the ease of use for the hospital staff were all very impressive. I recommend this company to all of my expecting friends.
Awful!! I cancelled my storage after paying faithfully for years because my kids were grown and healthy. Then years later after no word I get a big bill! I call to tell them I already cancelled it and they say I needed to cancel in writing so I pay them and cancel in writing then no word and then years later another huge bill (over 600) plus harassing phone calls! So I send a registered letter!!! I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through what I did with this company!!! They are either dishonest or disorganized !
BAD FOLLOW UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent emails asking for my options to stop the storage. No reply or messages and I forgot about it . After 18 months accounting called and say I must pay back the storage fee for last year if I want to terminate. Honestly it is not a big amount I would have just paid it. But the personnel said they couldn't find me as my email address and phone numbers were not updated? I found all the proofs that I contacted them. There was some confusion over their end in accounting but please don't put the blame on the clients
This company had taken cord blood 6 years ago and not once made any attempts since then to contact us or send us a simple annual letter letting us know that everything is okay with our deposit. I called them 2 weeks ago to ask about our deposit and the lady immediately started telling me our deposit was fine without even having had a chance to find our account yet. She could answer basic questions about our account and I asked if she could mail out an account summary or profile of some sort to which she agreed but 2 weeks later I still haven’t received. This is not the way to do business with people who are spending a significant amount of money on something of such importance.
