I normally don't complain about things but this machines has gotten under my skin. The beef jerky that is 4.75 has gotten stuck twice now and I have pictures. I'm editing my previous review as I was able to connect and get my refund. The flap on the bottom of the bag gets caught under a plastic lip on the vending board.

Horrible customer service. The ir machines are old and leak and they never ever pick their phones please avoid them at all costs. Giving them only 1 star because I have no choice else they deserve no stars at all.
