Sean is excellent at explaining what he needs to do and charges fair prices and I am always satisfied with results. Had an issue with my laptop battery swelling and fans getting loud/grinding. Bought my own replacement parts, but getting the motherboard out seemed a bit too tricky for me. Called CTS in the morning, and they said they could get it all installed for me within an hour, and the service was quick and easy. Very professional & polite, and contacted me immediately when the device was ready for pickup.
Very nice people. I came here to take a look at one laptop I was interested in and everyone in the shop, including the assistants and the technicians, were very helpful, kind and patient. Plenty of refurbished stuff at high quality and decent price. Highly recommended!
