The court that we got did not have ample lighting. There was a huge blue curtain behind our court which was acting like a screen for us to see the shuttlecork clearly. However, midway during our play, the lady incharge of the premises took off that curtain (because it was blocking light on their court) which made it difficult for us to spot the shuttle cork. When we requested to put the curtain back, she bluntly refused and asked us to move to another court or play with no curtains. I felt that the lady was very rude. I must say that the customer service is very very poor. They definitely lost close to 8 customers tonight and many more through word of mouth. Definitely not going back again.

Went to this place last day .. very bad experience from the lady who was at the front desk. They were focusing only on their regular players as if we used court for free. We also payed for court and they charged extra for each player. We have been going to almost all courts in GTA but never experienced such a pathetic customer service.Lights setting was awful. Never come back here. If anyone looking for this court please do not because they want only their regular customers
