Totally agree to the terrible customer service. People at the counter are extremely rude. I had several visit with one doctor and when I called in to talk to the doctor for a simple question. The one answered the phone said I can't if I don't pay. This is ridiculous!!

Tried them once and will not go back. Really poor customer service. Inexperienced doctors and the herbal medicine is really weak. Too bad

Excellent Place Ever, people there are friendly!! I got the acupuncture there and Ms. LIU is a really responsible lady who got license for the acupuncture. U can claim the bills to ur insurance company and get the service for free!! Which is awesome!!!
