Purchased a replacement Charles Owen helmet back in July as I had crashed in mine and had a show to compete in two days later. The helmet was less than a year old so I was eligible to get 60% of the cost of the new helmet covered. Due to Covid Charles Owen was slow to get me the credit email. Bakers said they would work with Charles Owen to give me the 60% cost of the helmet back once I had received the paperwork from Charles Owen. I got the paperwork and submitted everything Bakers required to process the refund. Bakers confirmed they had received the money from Charles Owen, up until December I had not received my refund. Jessie's communication was horrendous, would dodge my calls and not return them. Ignored emails as well. I got Charles Owen involved as I had still not gotten my refund. Charles Owen had also given up and stopped returning communication with me. If I called and asked to speak with Jessie I could not get her on the phone and did not get my calls returned, emails were also not returned. The only reason I purchase Charles Owen helmets is for the crash replacement benefit. The only reason I chose to shop at Bakers was because they were the only store that had my helmet size in stock. I received an email from Jessie towards the end of December apologizing for the lack of communication and being unorganized and received my refund shortly after.

I had a fantastic experience ordering a pair of boots through Baker's! Quick shipping and I got a personal phone call about my order to let me know that the sizing runs small and to order up a half a size. I took their advice and am glad I did because the boots fit perfectly! Will definitely order from here again.
Such friendly staff is hard to find. Way better than Greenhawk. Small building but tons of inventory and knowledgeable staff. It's important for the sales team to be riders themselves.
awful service. impossible to communicate with. was trying to buy a saddle from them, offered a budget of 3000 and was told there is nothing there in that range. had to literally beg them for help. lol. lots of persistence got me offered something for 2500, which i went and bought off facebook for 700(weird huh?). Anyways, not helpful at all. would not recommend to anyone that doesn't have 10 k to drop on a saddle. also carmen made me very uncomfortable with some of his comments.
