Purchased a 2016 MDX from this dealer. We dealt with Ronald who helped us out. No pressure sales and experience was great. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to bring the vehicle back in for some issues. Dealer was accommodating with fixing the issues. Would definitely recommend this dealer for service or a new or used vehicle.
Nav was amazing to work with at Markham Acura! He works with within your budget and was able to provide me with a car that went above and beyond my requirements. I’ve had my car for over a month now and I love it! Nav really takes the time to make sure he is providing you with the best service possible, and always made sure I was secure and happy with my purchase. Best Customer Service! No Pressure! I originally came to Markham Acura looking for a used car. I was working with Moe and Nav. They both were unbelievably patient as I was in no rush to purchase a car. Every visit I made, every time we met, I received the most professional and informative information. They took the time to break down all the numbers, no matter how many times I asked and never pressured me. I believe I was in contact with them for approximately 2 months. Of all the Acura dealerships, Moe was the only one who contacted me to test drive any new/used vehicles that came to their inventory. Eventually, it made sense for me to get the 2020 and both Nav and Moe worked together to make my experience seamless. I also financed with Acura and received the same level of excellence with Andrew. I would highly recommend Markham Acura and the personable and professional employees! Thanks guys! I will definitely return for another purchase as long as they are representing the company!
