Air-Care installed my heat pump when our house was built in 2006. The unit has performed very well since then, with only a couple of service calls. The Humidifier has plugged up once or twice, the large fan on the exterior unit broke a casting (and disabled the unit completely) in 2016, and the circulation fan in the interior unit burned out its motor last week. In every case the service has been very quick, the staff very helpful, and things have been brought back to full speed as quickly as possible. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Air-Care for this kind of work.

This spring my old heat pump broke and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately we had to wait 2-1/2 months for the new unit, due to Covid, but it is now up and running. On the first day there was an issue with the temp not reaching target, but they returned the next day and fixed it, and knocked a bit off of the price. Working well now. I will continue to call on them for annual servicing and recommend them.
Great service overall. The service tech was very friendly, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend this company.
I will NEVER use them again. The service is awful! It's too hard for them to keep promise! Once they got your money, they gone, even job was not completely finished！No response at all!!
Air Care installed ducts and a heat pump unit in our 180 year old house. Quote was much lower than others and they did a great job on a fairly complex retrofit. Since installation we have had good service including coming on short notice on the holidays when I turned off and let the unit freeze up and they got it running.
