Nothing here to qualify it as a “shopping mall”. It would be awesome to have a grocery store, maybe a Source, a McDonald’s, an Urban Outfitters? Someone good to draw you in. It’s basically useless for locals.

There is NOTHING there, whoever owns it needs to ramp it up. Put something in to attract people. We really could use some kind of a grocery store in downtown Kitchener. A lot of seniors need access to nearby stores, the market is amazing but only one day a week and a lot seniors can't afford to shop in convenience stores.

Very little to offer here. It has so much potential. Someone just needs to breathe some life into it. The little coffee shop there is quite nice. To the owners of the building, show it some love, the ion is right there, you have a lot of potential on your hands here.
