I've been living in the Kipling and Hwy 7 neighborhood for seven years now. I love having Market Lane within walking distance. Primavera Flowers on Woodbridge Avenue never disappoints. Friendly service, fair prices and amazing quality flowers. The Big Cannoli is a must. Great quality coffee and cannolis (although the apricot croissant is my favourite). Wish Boutique is a cute place to shop for yourself and gifts for the latest trends in clothing and accessories. Fair prices, lovely selection and the sweetest customer service. Essence Naturals is my favourite new spot for fresh healthy vegan food and cold pressed juices. They are also available on Uber and have a cute patio.

The convenience store in Market Lane. Very rude people. Horrible customer service. They throw your items on the counter and they rush you as you shop as if youre taking too long. Sorry but i needed 5 minutes in there to grab a few more things and after 2 minutes the guy rushed me and gave me attitude. Really ruins the image of Market Lane.

I'm not from the area but this was a really nice place to visit. I went to the library there and the staff were really friendly and helpful - they have 3 different areas you can use 2 are downstairs and one is the main floor upstairs. The food and shopping around it is quaint and lovely. Would go there again.

Boring. They need to spike up this area. Attract more people. We have nothing outstanding. Clean up needed. Beauty condos. But the stores and restaurants are passable. Not exceptional. We pay an abundance on taxes. Why not spruce it up. Wheres our politicians?!?
