I have traveled with Maritime Travel for many years and have always found them very competent, ready to answer all questions. Neelam is aware of her clients likes and keeps us aware of any upcoming trips. If she is not available her co-worker Frank is right there to help.
Neelam was recommended to us by a friend & we recently booked a vacation to Italy through her. She was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable & caring. She understood our needs & took care of us in a very efficient & caring manner. Will definitely be dealing with her in the future & will recommend to our friends & family!!!
I have known and traveled with Neelam for approximately 3 years. I found her to be very diligent travel agent. She is knowledgeable, very skilled in finding interesting locations to travel to and works very hard to accommodating peoples special needs and requests. Personally she is also very friendly, pleasant, interesting and an overall caring kind of person.I will recommend her to anyone.
A year ago, Booked a time to get info but the rep took a walk- in before me and made me wait. No apology just a lot of back talk and justification for why the walk-in deserved service a head of me. Never went back as she never told walk-in to make an appointment. She made me make an appointment and was abrupt to me because I interrupted her walk-in customer. Hope the agency hires more folks than just her as she acted like a big boss who could do anything she wants. She also talked a lot of knowledge of Europe -so what? Didn’t ask for that Info. She wanted to hear her own voice brag than let me talk and explain my needs. Didn’t feel comfortable about that experience. She wasn’t warm, too, just in a hurry to talk about her own trips.
