Fantastic campground! Spent the weekend there for a country music festival and had a blast! Staff was super super friendly, the decor was awesome, and my teens didnt want to leave! I would give 5 stars, however, I knocked off one due to the fact that we booked a corner lot, however, once arriving, we noticed the map is not updated. So we thought we would have a field beside and behind, and instead, we were between 2 sites and the back of us they were excavating. Which is awesome for the future, but disappointed in the location we had. Now that we have been there, we know where we would prefer to have our campsite and will for sure return :)

Condos are beautiful and clean but not to perfection. No hand or any soap provided in bathrooms. The reception doesn't have the schedule of activities. The Wi-Fi does not work in condos if you wish to work or watch movies on a rainy day plan ahead. They also refuse to share the Wi-Fi password. Claim they must put it in. TV only has 3 channels all French. 2 out of 3 restaurants were closed for renovations. Only the cantina was open with very limited amount of choices. Community center/Disco was closed and despite signs for a farm there was none. They do not share any of this information when reservation is being made. Rather dull in terms of quantity of events and animation now that may be due to the fact that we stayed on weekdays. Beach is a small lake not inviting at all. Reception Staff seems a bit clueless and not so eager to help. Cantina staff exceptionally entersnice. Repairman man enters condo without mask. Will not recommended or go back.

Nice big place for camping lovers. A big area with lots of different facilities. It looks like you are in Cuba. Flag of Cuba can be seen in different places & even painted on walls. Musics are on. In the beginning of nigh you can hear nice sounds of nature, like specific birds, sound of cricket, water sound in stream. Access to Bathroom & even laundry. In comping partitions you would have access to water for washing your dishes. Even those who can afford buying woods for burning to keep flies & mosquitos away, it is a good option. But please consider using anti-mosquito cream or spray, or you can bring electrical lamps for attracting mosquitos to kill them. There are different options & it is your choice but for sure have this in your list & keep in mind.

Pool is nice but it's expensive for the amount of activities to do! Much better placer for cheaper.

Just spent a few nights here with my family on our cross canada road trip. Had an amazing time, the resort and staff was incredible! There's a pool, swim up bar, splash park, playground, petting zoo, small lake, beach and pool volleyball, bouncy castles, live music at night. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The staff gets people to dance and play games for prizes around the pool just like in mexico or cuba. Can either camp or rent a cabin. Dogs are allowed but not on the beach or in the pool area. Had lots of fun was definitely worth the stop. Highly recommended!

Smells like sewers, artificial lake where the dirty in beach is was a thick, greenish color, frog and leaches infested, thus unusable..can't blame the fact they do not put life guards.. there is a bistro like area, visibly abandoned but could have been used for a lunch area by the beach, just like in Cuba...this place is simply badly devided and has a poor management, for example: you have tents where long trailer homes or winibago's should be..20 foot, run down rental trailers (C1 is the one we had) parked sideways 10 feet away from the next rental, where trailer tents should be....in other words, bad management..The pool area is where it all happens...Cuban animators are funny and have very well adapted to the people who go. Pool could use a water heater if the place dates to compare in any way to a Cuban resort..and a little scrub to remove the green from the stairs and around the bar in the pool. The kids play center place smells bad (mold) and it is dirty. The place has a lot of potential IF properly managed (placing of trailers etc...), A big clean up everywhere and prices really HAS to be lowered by A LOT as a top scale camping ground is less expensive then this run down camping ground. I do NOT recommend this place
