I am an air cadet and have had to get patches sown onto my uniform and pants hemmed and i could not have gotten better results.

I called to inquire about an alteration and the woman working was extremely rude after asking a simple question, she hung up the phone after a stern “NO” was given in answer to my question. I am a local here in Banff, this kind of customer service just isn’t acceptable!
Always closed even in business hours.
