Maren is a highly-creative, caring and enthusiastic teacher. She provides my son and I with just the right amount of challenge so we are always engaged. We really like her games, colouring sheets and how she offers us choice in musical activities. Maren has many connections in the Suzuki community; she has helped us get involved with musical opportunities beyond her studio. Both of us look forward to lessons with her; we had no idea we would enjoy violin so much.

What a treasure we found with Maren! My daughter was wanting to quit violin and I felt so sad after all the years she had put in already. She had played for 8 years already. Maybe we needed to find a new teacher? BINGO! Maren is young, talented, enthusiastic, encouraging, respectful and hip! My daughter gets to make some choices about the music she plays and she enjoys her lessons with Maren. I haven't heard her complain once about going to violin lesson on Wednesday with Maren. We are signed up for next year and looking forward to more beautiful music in our home!! Thank you Maren.
