After losing my engagement ring and not being able to find something similar that I liked, I worked with Marcus to re-make the original ring, with a few minor tweaks. I was particular with what I wanted and the design is fairly intricate. Marcus diligently helped me and educated me every step of the way, from choosing the main diamond, to providing sketched options of the setting, to making a wax, to creating the ring PERFECTLY. I LOVE my ring even more than the original and it is exactly what I wanted it to look like. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but Marcus was quick to answer any and all emails, calls, and questions, and the price was reasonable. I had inherited my grandmother's wedding rings when she passed and needed them worked on and cleaned. I sat for awhile on them not trusting anyone to touch them. I didn't want them sent out of house to be done and was uneasy about letting them out of my possession. Marcus was so wonderful to deal with. He told me the work that needed done, the cost and assured me he would have them back to me the next day by close. He called the very next day in the early afternoon, they were ready. Such a wonderful surprise to have them back that early, gems all replaced, secure, cleaned and polished. Amazing work and very reasonable pricing. And the most important is the peace of mind that they went from my hands to his and back to mine. Highly recommend. And thank you, Marcus!
