First and last time purchasing a birthday cake here. Didn't get a cake resembling the picture or description at all, and the manager/cake maker was useless and not at all helpful on the phone. Ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry Cake pictured below from their website, received this cheap imitation with no raspberries lining it, no almonds around it, and the wrong colored icing. They give you 3 icing colors when ordering online, I chose white - I got tacky blue on a red and white cake. Online description: \Fresh raspberries and creamy caramel combine with vanilla whip and slivered almonds over our decadent White Chocolate ice cream cake.\. CLEARLY not what I received. The nice young employee who was by herself there on a Saturday tried to call and text a manager/supervisor when I told her this isn't what the cake is supposed to look like - nobody answered. So I was already on my way to my mom's birthday, I took this meh cake. Next day the manager/cake maker calls me and shouts over the phone for 8 minutes how the cake was correct. Clearly not. And he shouts how he only will give me a refund for a future cake, completely doing nothing about THIS cake and incident. Why would I return here when a no-bake birthday cake is screwed up so badly? Passing off poor-quality imitations of the cakes online, a classic bait-and-switch. Save yourself time, money and a headache and just purchase from a real bakery or Dairy Queen!

Ordered online and no one at store during posted business hours, at my confirmed pick up time, to give me my cake. No one answers phone. No response to Messenger inquiry.
Hours on Google and store front say 9 but they close early. Showed up at 8:45, called and they said they were closed and didn’t open up.
I like the freedom of getting to put anything in my ice cream. Fair price, for the amount you get. The older gentleman was very kind! But their cake is pretty expensive for a plain brick of ice cream :(
