Good working environment because of the worker's union. But the temperature in the factory is usually higher than it should be. Company is better but lower management, supervisors etc are not helpful to the employees. For the kind of jobs there, pay is reasonable. Other facilities are also good. Safety standards are fully implemented. But ventilation in the mixing rooms is not adequate. For a big company, these things could not be overlooked. Management wants to enforce uniform but they even do not have enough uniforms for all employees, even for some permanent employees. Overall, the company is good, better than other similar facilities in GTA.
