With great joy, we would like to give a shoutout to Shannon. From booking to viewing to signing a lease and receiving the keys, she has been on top of it all. Entire process has been so smooth for me and my husband. We are very excited to call this place our home. Update: It has been 2 months since we have moved in and the issues we notified regarding the unit on the week of moving, has still not been addressed. We are slightly disappointed for this reason.

I'm absolutely in love with our new place we call home now. It was not easy to find a good place for our family of four including two toddlers, so meeting Shannon from CLV group was a great luck for us. Shannon showed us the apartment at Maplebrook and we were happy to find out that location, neighbourhood, building itself and apartment were just as we were looking for. Maplebrook apartments are one of the best compared to other places we visited in search for rent options.

Apartment building is well maintained. For maintenance, you could put online requests and they take care of the maintenance for you. Safe environment. Mostly quite building. Brittany, local office manager is amazing to deal with and Karen from building management is excellent keeping building tidy and ensuring a great quality environment and very honest and caring person. overall a great team to deal with and enjoy pleasant customer experience. You will enjoy the stay.
