While on occasion I've had positive experiences at this clinic, I echo the negative reviews left on this page and would not recommend this clinic nor return to it. I respect that our health care providers are experiencing additional stresses during this time, but it was a shame to be told I was wasting the doctor's time with my medical concerns.

I wasn't pleased with my experience at this clinic. Check in was fine and the assistant was very nice and caring, but Dr. Kelly didn't seem to be professional at all. I was asking her questions and she gave me vague answers, I have never experienced such thing from a doctor. On top of that she wasn't even nice. I had to consult with the nice pharmacist for over the counter medication because the doctor didn't give me a clear answer.

This review is for Dr. Kelly and mostly her lovely receptionist/assistant. I have never come across a more incompetent team. I was down with a bad flu and was looking for a new family doctor when I approached them. However I was told the walk-in was booked for the day and the earliest they could do was next week (5 days later), and that too, for a \meet & greet\ and no diagnosis on that day (yes, that's what a sick person wants to do..). So, I specifically asked for the LAST appointment of the day, and also said 4:45pm, as I would be at work at any other time. I turned up at the appointed time today, and was casually told I was \late\, for my appointment of 2:45 pm. I told that there must be some mistake, I'll never agree to 2:45 pm. The receptionist/assistant started to dispute it, and made some 'blah' excuse why she can't book me. At least have the grace to accept your mistake! My last interaction also was not very pleasant (I hope it's not a racial bias). I decided to not come back again to such incompetence. Dr. Kelly, please change your receptionist/assistant.

I am a current patient of Dr. Bugtor and, after having read some of the rather nasty and inaccurate reviews posted here, felt compelled to at least attempt to set the record straight. This is an excellent clinic, and Dr.'s Bugtor and Kelly operate at the highest levels of their profession and with integrity, decency and compassion. I have never had a negative experience. And for those posters who are whining and complaining about having to wait for some period of time to be seen, I can personally state that after having lived in the US for nearly 20 years and experiencing firsthand what an unmitigated disaster their healthcare systems are, those people who are posting negatively should sit down and BE QUIET. Oh, they had to wait 20 minutes to receive their fully-funded OHIP visit with zero copays? Tell that to the underemployed in other countries who have no access to quality healthcare and have to sit for hours, or worse, days, in horribly overcrowded US Emergency Rooms. They would tell those people to keep their privileged, entitled first-world problems to themselves. Again, let me be clear: This is an excellent clinic. The staff are wonderful, caring, dedicated, hard-working and compassionate. I have read every review posted here and those who are claiming otherwise are coming across as (likely) spoiled, entitled, humblebragging, pseudo 'soccer-mom' types, likely driving their Jaguar SUV's too fast while yapping and texting. They have lots of phony outrage and zero compassion. They know who they are. This is a wonderful clinic.
