arlene attard is a financial advisor at this location. She is extremely rude. I spoke to her today for td student line of credit but her way of communicating was so rude that I end up deciding to not continue with her. I asked her some question regarding the credit line but she answered in a rush and was pretending that she can't understand what I'm saying. Pathetic customer service, will not recommend anyone to book an appointment with her. If you can't deal with a person nicely, you are not suppose to be on that positions. Manners and politeness should be the priorities while hiring the people. If I have the option to give a zero star, I would have prefer that for such customer service.

Good experience today. They seem to be taking the pandemic seriously through their measures. Branch was fully staffed so the line moved very quickly. Teller was knowledgeable and I was able to get my business done with little hassle.

I have account at TD over 2 years, I have been waiting to get my result from PR, thought it would be a great idea to get a credit card since I am working , and paying my taxes, it is the third year in Canada. So I applied for TD cash back credit card on september 13th, got a mail saying, they will let me know 7 to 10 business day. It has been 11 business day and never got a result from them. Then I decided to go to the bank since it is during pandemic, it is understandable to have problems in the system. I went to the bank today, and they said it is rejected , the reason is because I am not a permanent resident yet. They gave me advice to go other banks with names which could give me credit cars .. I was even fine with opening secured credit card.. Deposit up to 1000 They can see all the transactions done in my checking account and still can't accept my application. It will be my last week with TD, friendly staff. But this is unacceptable. Thanks for everything.

Over all its well organized and clean, usually very cordial people. Have had small problems with ATM sometimes not working. Don't wanna tarnish the effort of the people actually trying to do their job.
