Whatever medication you get from them, count it first! I have almost never got my prescription correctly! Their last “error” was that they charged my mom for 90 blood pressure pills & gave us only 60. Later when we complained, they just denied it! Rude staff! Terrible customer service!

The cashier is nice but the manager is super rude and unprofessional. I went this shoppers this morning saw this ready to use formula is on sale. I was thinking to get four cases for baby because I am due in one month. The manager said each person can only get two cases but there is no limited purchase sign there, he said shoppers doesn’t need do that, seems like he is the rule, he is the boss. Really bad experience in this shoppers location.
STEER CLEAR OF THE PHARMACY HERE. The gentleman working there, I’m assuming the pharmacy owner, is very rude, unprofessional and clearly clueless. After inquiring to check stock of a product (common product that ALL shoppers locations have been selling for as long as I can remember) he recommended that I buy merchandise from Amazon.ca instead of a Shoppers store! What a joke. Frankly, I’ll gladly give my business to other Shoppers locations instead.
The pharmacy turnaround at this location is EXTREMELY slow. I've had to wait two days to get a prescription filled and have had enough. Will be moving to a different pharmacy. Theres a few other pharmacies in the area that offer much better prescription turnaround times.
