Have been bringing my pets to Dr. Ranote for the past 2 years... He's very compassionate and truly cares for your pets. He has always gone above and beyond for whatever care my pets have needed over the years. The staff is amazing as well. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a great place to take your pets. I'll recommend this place to everyone!

Unfortunately after our last experience, we will be switching vet clinics. I truly believe that this clinic’s priority is money and not the animals well being. After spending approximately 2000 here on our various animals, one of our dogs suffered a leg injury over the holidays. Due to Covid income loss, moving expenses, holiday expenses, etc, we asked if we could pay half the bill today, and the other half in a few days when we got paid. We weren’t looking for a hand out, just simply to pay the other portion within a reasonable time frame. Something that has not been a problem for us at a previous vet clinic, and dental clinics. The vet outright refused and now our dog will be suffering for a few days. This is not a vet that I can support, that puts money before the welfare of a suffering animal. Finally, the vet also doesn’t have the decency to come out and speak to you, despite being asked to. He instead has his receptionist deal with it and refuses to talk to you.
I am very happy with the service I received at the hospital. Staff is very friendly and my little kitten is happy and healthy. Great efforts by everyone at the hospital.
Absolutely amazing staff. We got a barn kitten from a friend and she was very sick and the hospital went above and beyond to nurse this poor little kitten back to a playful and healthy kitten. Can't say enough good things about this place
