Received a message from the Account Manager saying to give a call today before 5. Not knowing what it is concerning I called asap. It has been an hour since the bank opened and I've tried calling on 4 different occasions and I have yet to get an answer or a call back. I feel this is very unprofessional and super annoying! If your not going to be there in the morning let me know so I'm not waistline my time. This is just an other reason when I just go for the extra drive and go to the Vancity in meadowtown center. Very annoyed by this whole situation!
