Unified has changed my life! It was the only place that provided me with a plan that helped me lose weight and just makes me want to keep going! The classes are fun and you get an amazing workout, and all the instructors are friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Unified for anyone wanting to see results!

Just finished my 42 Day Fitness Challenge! I lost 20lbs. 6.2% Body Fat. I increased muscle mass and lowered my Visceral Fat Level by 4 points. Still have some work to do, but I now have a path that makes sense and works. The owner and staff are all top rate and they all care about you as much as your results. They motivate and inspire at every step of the process. Unified Training Centre is like a second family. You actually want to go to your workouts instead of finding excuses why it's just not convenient to go, like the other gyms most people sign up for. I highly recommend Unified to anyone who feels they need to improve their health, lose weight or just to tone up. I've joined as a Member and am looking forward to continuing my health/lifestyle improvements into the future. Give them a call for a consultation and get on the road to better health... both mentally and physically! It's never to late to start.

Unified training centre is different than any gym I have ever visited before. They care about their client on every level. They want to see everyone meet their goals. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the other members are so welcoming and supportive. The classes are fun and challenging. I just completed the 42 day challenge and have learned so much. This plan has opened my eyes to how I should be fuelling my body. Unified has help set me up for long term health and happiness. I was told the fitness challenge program worked and that losing 20lbs in 6 weeks was the goal. Well, I lost 38.6 lbs and 7.7% body fat in 6 weeks. The results speak for themselves. Also, they are assisting with ongoing support. They do not just help you lose a bunch of weight and then you are on your own. Thanks so much to the crew at UTC!!
