I stopped here on a whim and I'm super happy that I did. All of the employees that I came across were extremely helpful and pleasant. The woman who helped me with the majority of my purchases was very knowledgeable about all of the plants that I bought (primarily low light plants), took me throughout the store to help me find pots and saucers for my plants in the right colours, passed on a helpful tip for how I can propagate more plants from one of the plants that I bought, and even helped me to my car with my purchases when I was finished. All-in-all, this was a delightful stop and I have a strong feeling that I'll be back again for more plants and pots later this month and in the new year.

My usual go to place. Great selection, good prices, helpful staff. Yesterday I went there and on a rack they had 2 plants marked down to 11.99. I grabbed one and the cashier said that the sign want suppose to be there, got another girl to take the sign down then tried charging me full price. I walked out !
Wonderful place, I'm like a kid in a candy store, lots of sales it seems and so many things from christmas trees, grinch trees, plants galore, and tropical indoor plants too. Tons of potter styles some beautiful beautiful and decorative all the way to the plastic style cheap ones. Also have home decor! And slippers! One of my absolute favorite places.
Very wonderful customer service! Ann was very helpful with my purchase. I inquired about the availability of a specific plant months ago but they didn't have it at that time so I was asked if I wanted to be on the waiting list. I said yes and really didn't expect that much after that. I got a call a couple of days ago telling me stocks arrived for that certain plant. Ann went above and beyond her responsibility to help me get the plant I wanted since I am not a local. Very smooth transaction and very quick response. If you ask me, Ann deserves a raise. :)
