This is my go to one stop shop it meets all my for sure., I like to shop for all my in-between needs. Also I just want to say how impressed I am with the Pharmacy even with this pandemic and how busy they are they always take time to help me. I aways feel well taken care of there, Good Job ladies working today you were like bust beavers but still kept your cool.

I’ve been using this Shopper’s for filling prescriptions, using a PO Box and getting snacks, makeup or gifts for the past year. The staff are usually friendly and pharmacists are knowledgeable. The store is always well-cleaned and fully stocked. Never had any major issues. Great Shopper’s.

The store is always friendly and will go above an beyond helping you when the product is not on the shelves. I get my medication there too and the Pharmacy staff works hard and always has my prescription ready. Very Friendly service

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with period. The staff are so incredibly rude. I was trying to get a very necessary prescription filled. I was rudely told that it wouldn't be ready for 24 hours, I explained that it was very necessary, she sighed heavily and then informed me it's not their fault and now it will be three days. So you've gone from 24 hours to 3 days? This is absolutely the worst professionalism I've seen and she also recommended that I go to the competition. There was a woman in line behind me who suggest I go to the No Frills pharmacy. It was a great experience and maybe the shoppers staff should go over there and learn how to treat people. This is beyond zero stars. Take your prescription elsewhere.

I am not one to usually leave a bad review on something, but when it comes down to HEALTH thats when I need to speak up. The store itself is great, nothing wrong there. Pharmacy on the other hand... that’s a different story. I have had ENDLESS issues with the pharmacy. I am young and haven’t been on prescription medication for long, but needless to say I will be switching pharmacies for sure. 99% of the staff is very rude. They don’t seem to have any care for people’s health. There’s been so many times when i’ve come in to pick up my prescription when i’ve been notified it’s been ready for pick up and it’s never ready. Whenever i say “oh but i got notified to pick up my prescription” after they tell me it isn’t ready, they make sure to give me plenty of attitude. I just finished dealing with a situation where I went to go pick up my prescription, after I had put in an online order for it. They proceeded to tell me that once again not ready as per usual after I had already driven down there. I then proceeded to explain that this is a medication I take every night and I am completely out, even if I just get an emergency refill for tonight and pick up the entire prescription the following day I am fine with that. They sigh and tell me that they can have it ready for me tonight, and take down my number and say they’ll give me a call. At this time it was about 7 pm and keep in mind that they close at 10pm. Time goes by, no call. I unfortunately can’t sit around all day and have to keep reminding myself about a prescription as I am a human who gets distracted and of course that’s just unrealistic. Then as 12 am comes around, I start thinking and realize that they never phoned me. Now, I could possibly suffer from withdrawal symptoms. So this will be the LAST time i ever use this pharmacy. Absolutely the worst.
