I had a good experience here last week buying shoes. Although I wasn't greeted or spoke to for about 15 mins, I was ok with that. When I asked for an opinion, I got the help I needed. A lot of shoes I wanted to try on didn't have my size but I finally ended up with a couple pairs that fit. I love their rewards program and I found the employees very friendly.
Large selection, great prices. Got some shoes, thanks to the discounts they had during my visit we saved over 50%!.
Terrible customer service the store manager is a total biatch who will not return or exchange the shoes I bought only a few day prior and never worn outside. She refused to do a return! What kind of customer service this is ?!!! She needs to be removed and fired for her unbelievably poor treatment of customer and she's always on her phone texting instead of helping customer. Don't go to this location.
Great for budgets. Good quality for not exorbitant prices.
