This Shell at the corner of 203rd and Lougheed Hwy in Maple Ridge was like all other Shell Gas Stations...HOWEVER... the male staff member working this particular night (0518/20 @ 12:30am) was exceptional! He was friendly, personable, he was understanding and was willing to do whatever he could with in reason to please the Customer. %!! if she'll was to give its employees employee of the month he should be the only nomination and the winner!!! I would like to see personally thank you to that young man for the wonderful service he gave my husband and I that night we will not forget your service you courteousness and your wonderful smile!! I love this Shell gas station because of the worker this evening.every gas station is a gas station is a gas station however is the customer service you received that makes some better than others, and this Shell is an example. the sooner you through a window throughout the graveyard shift the night shift however I had to use the washroom at first he said I'm sorry I cannot let you and I guess he saw then I had to go really bad.I didn't argue or put up a fight as I understand that the doors are locked for his safety and in today's day and age sadly that's the way it has to be. As I walked away I guess he noticed I was doing the pee pee dance. it was then that he called me over, he unlocked the door and allowed me to use the bathroom. one thing I forgot to mention is I was not alone I was also with my husband and he still let me in to use the washroom. It's HIS kind of human-to-human interaction, but most importantly it is his example of human to human kindness that makes this Shell Station at the corner of 203rd at Lougheed highway in Maple Ridge stand far, FAR above the above the rest. ‼️

Located at the cornor of Lougheed HWY and 203 street. Price is normal, sometimes is good than others. Employees are nice and friendly. Drive way is a bit small. Credit cards accepted. Living communities nearby. Many small shops and shopping plazas are located across the Lougheed HWY. Couple dinning options nearby. Walking distance to bus stops.
