Kim T. helped me through the process which included my CRA debt - WHO KNEW! The entire process was explained in GREAT DETAIL and Kim really went to bat for us. She negotiated with all of my debtors, but remained steadfast through the process and ultimately returned with a payment that I could finally manage. They include Credit Counseling and if you have the pleasure of speaking with Marlene B, consider yourself lucky. This wonderful lady walked me through the final steps on how to rebuild my credit. I was given tools AND specific financial products to look into, which will positively influence my credit score while I work to pay off my proposal.
