Vincent and Dante came to replace our sewer line, which was being crushed by a rock that made its way in there when our home builder did the back filling of the original sewer line. This ultimately caused the sewer to back up into our basement. We had several different companies come to offer their 'solution' to our problem, but when Vincent came to quote, he was so knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain it all. We decided immediately that he was the one we wanted to fix our pipe. On the day of the repair, it was absolutely POURING rain while Vincent and Dante worked hard all day, cutting a trench in the concrete of our driveway, working with hydro-vac to remove the clay & soil and then replacing the damaged sewer pipe after moving the very heavy rock that was crushing it! Wow. All during this, they were super friendly, very informative, and kept on smiling through all the rain and mud! When it was all done, Vincent ran the camera up the sewer line and then showed us the video of the clean, properly angled new pipes. I am SO impressed with them, and with everyone that I have spoken with at Roto Rooter. All are very friendly, professional, and prompt. If I could rate them a 10 star, I would! Thank you Vincent & Dante for fixing our problem the right way, back-filling with all the clean gravel, and helping us to find a concrete company who will patch our driveway. You guys ROCK! We’ve been having problems with our bathtub draining since we moved into our house 5 years ago. We had 4 different plumbers look at it and it never got fixed, but this time was different. We were greeted by a cheerful, extremely knowledgeable man that was happy to walk us through the actual issue and fix it right in front of us. Kieran was the best plumber we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and was extremely quick. Very pleased with this experience with rotorooter and won’t hesitate to call again :).
